Administration Bar Added

An administration bar has been added to help make it easier to do common administration tasks, such as writing a post, adding links, changing options, and more.

This bar will appear at the top of your site only, and you will see it only when you are logged in. Other people will not see this bar on your site.

This feature is still a work in progress, so it may change periodically while the final adjustments are made.
